Pat Breen of Fine Gael has a Twitter account. He has 419 followers who signed up to hear from him. But, he failed to tweet since before the election and has missedglorious opportunities to commincate with his followers. Through my Twitter account @clareelection11 I highlighted this mystery. The following day Pat tweeted to say that he had encountered tecnical problems but that all was ok now. Since then, nothing and Pat is offline again. Odd.
